HOW TO MEASURE RING SIZE:
1. Cut a thin strip of paper about 5 centimetres long.
2. Fold the thin strip of paper around the finger at the base and close enough to your knuckle.
3. Mark the area where the two ends of the paper strip meet.
4. Use the ruler to measure the length in millimetres to give you the circumference.
5. Convert the measurement to the appropriate ring size by dividing your measurement determined in the aforementioned step with 3.14 and then select your required size using the ring size chart provided.

Which Courier will deliver the order?
It depends on the delivery area and the type of shipment. When the order leaves our warehouse we will send you an e-mail with the courier information with tracking details. Most of our shipment is routed through TCS.
What happens if I am not at home when the order is delivered?
You will receive an SMS from the courier stating the payable amount. Be sure to be present at home for self-collection. In case of absence, any designated person/ family member can receive the parcel.

Just got the ring from Inara. Their customer service and product is really good. They are very cooperative and professional. The product is really beautiful. Wish I could attach the images but I can’t I don’t know why, overall everything is really good but one thing I need to flag that the courier service they are using is very bad which is M&P which makes this whole beautiful experience worse other than that being specific to INARA they are really good and professional, and their products are also good and genuine.
