Standard Orders:
- Processing Time: All standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Delivery Time: Once your order is processed, we aim to deliver it to you within 7 business days.
- Shipping Costs: We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within Pakistan.
Custom Orders:
- Processing Time: Custom jewelry pieces require a bit more time. These are crafted specifically for you, so they will take approximately 10-15 business days to process.
- Delivery Time: Once your custom order is processed, it will be shipped out. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees for custom orders will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Important Notes:
- Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday). Weekends and public holidays may affect the delivery time.
- Shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location, but we always strive to ensure timely delivery.
