STEP 1
Designing:
The ideas developed and conceived through inspiration from nature are transferred on paper giving 3D effect.
STEP 2
CAD:
Computer Aided Designing is 3D Architectural designing of the idea developed & conceived by our designers, which is crafted through keeping in mind the beauty, strength, weight and elegance of every piece.
STEP 3
RP:
Rapid Prototype pieces are prepared through state of the art machines for maximum precision.
STEP 4
Casting:
The wax pieces prepared through RP are then casted into Gold, Silver or any other metal as per our customers requests. We use metals that are lab tested and certified for their purity levels.
STEP 5
Filing:
The casting pieces are then processed by extremely precise tools and highly skilled craftsmen, maintaining the precision, strength and beauty of each piece of Art.
STEP 6
Polishing:
Although different new techniques and equipment have been developed today for polishing, yet even today some conventional ways are used to give the required finishing to the jewellery as there is no better alternative available to it.
STEP 7
Stone Setting:
Like others, stone setting is also one of the most important steps for making jewellery masterpieces. Besides Pave and Bezel settings, we make use of different styles of invisible settings through modern jewellery making techniques to give our product a outstanding outlook.
STEP 8
Plating:
To enhance the shine and finishing of our product plating is done in a number of ways which includes rhodium plating.
